March of the Penguin

By Annie
I’ve recently finished a whole lot of hats, so you can expect a lot of new-hat-posts in the coming days. I really like this one, because my favorite animal is the penguin.

You can find this hat on my Etsy shop – just $10 for one lucky penguin lover!

Vampire Craft Craze

By Annie
I refuse to mention why today is a big day in the lives of vampire-obsessed teen girls everywhere (needless to say, I’m not a fan). But the fact of the matter is, people love vampires. This Little Piggy

By Annie
I’m really enjoying hat season so far. I just finished up another one: a pig!

I used light pink yarn to make a pretty standard kid-sized hat. Then I used felt to create the eyes, nose, ears, and my favorite part – the curly tail!

Vintage Sewing Tips

By Annie
I’m not a great seamstress, but one of my goals this year is to work on my sewing skills and to start designing and sewing my own clothing. I really like vintage-inspired styles, so I started looking around the internet for some worthwhile resources.

I stumbled across VintageSewing.info today. The site is nothing too fancy, [...]

We’re on Etsy!

By Annie
We’ve FINALLY gotten around to listing a couple products in our Etsy shop.

Right now it’s just the Cassette Tape iPod Case and the Original iPod Case. Go take a look at our shop and let us know what you think.  Since we’re Etsy beginners, we welcome all comments and suggestions. We promise to list [...]
